All terms quoted are per room and inclusive of VAT

All rooms are non smoking

For Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays the high season tariff applies. No service charge is added to guests account, but is left to their discretion. No allowance can be made for temporary absence, late arrival or early departure.

Payment can be made by most major credit & debit cards, sterling travellers cheques and cash. No cheques are accepted for final settlement of accounts

Payment of the first night is required by credit card as deposit. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before midday of arrival date when a full refund will be given.

Balance of account is payable on arrival

Over public holidays bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights unless single nights become available, please phone reception. Over Christmas accommodation is offered on a room and breakfast basis only.
